| Kit #2 | Blood Kit | – 20 Cotton Swabs in Tubes – 15ml PBS Buffer – Dropping Bottle Used to obtain wet and dry blood from animals. For wet blood, the swabs can be directly used to pick up the sample. To remove dry blood spots from surfaces such as rocks, metal or plastic, the swabs are first moistened with PBS buffer. ***The swabs must dry fully before being replaced into the tube. This kit SHOULD NOT be used for clumps of hair found at a kill site with blood splatter on it (see Desiccant Kit). | $40 |
| Kit #3 | Desiccant Kit | – 20 Desiccant Tubes These tubes can be used for organic or inorganic material such as: blood spots on leaves, small twigs or clumps of hair, or fecal matter. The filter paper is only meant to keep your sample separated from the silica beads. DO NOT use it for collecting whole blood.
